1. Can I withdraw the equivalent in Vallyties that I have in my account in cash?
    A: We do not offer this option. Vallyties are a way for you to purchase exclusive Vallyt products and services at a discount or for free, which are purchased with real money. However, this is a possibility that may be implemented in future Vallyt eras.

2. If I do not use my Vallyties, will they expire?
    A: The answer is yes and no at the same time. In reality, we do not want you to be forced to spend them quickly without being able to save enough to be able to purchase a service for free. Therefore, you will only lose your Vallyties, 50% of the total in your account, if in a period of 6 months you have not spent or acquired any Vallyty.

3. Do I get any advantage with the Stamps that I earn?
    A: Badges are just a way for you to be recognized for your entrepreneurial characteristics and your achievements at Vallyt. You will not receive any financial benefit directly from Vallyt with the badges; their main function is to honor the most important members of Vallyt. In addition, having positive badges on your profile is a sign of trust that you convey to other members, which can facilitate your communication and negotiation with them.

4. Can I cancel my paid plan? 
    A: Of course. Once your plan is canceled, no future automatic charges will be made to your card related to the plan. In addition, you will have access to the benefits of the plan until the term of your subscription expires, which is 1 month after the last charge.


5. Why can't I access all the subcategories of SocialVallyt? 
    A: In SocialVallyt, there are subcategories that are exclusive to members who subscribe to Vallyt plans. However, you can still normally access the different categories of SocialVallyt through the General subcategory of each one of them.

6. Is it possible to exchange Vallyties with other members?
    A: No, your Vallyties can only be used in your account to acquire benefits and discounts from Vallyt. But perhaps in the near future this functionality will be available on Vallyt.

7. Can I talk about any subject on SocialVallyt?
    A: SocialVallyt is made for members to interact with each other. Creating Networking, promoting their services and expanding their entrepreneurial ideas. Therefore, SocialVallyt is not made for people to talk about trivial things that are not related to any type of business. Even so, we are a company that believes in the freedom of members to use Vallyt in the best way. That is why we created the SocialCommunity category for members to talk about whatever subjects they want. In other categories, it is not allowed to talk about subjects that are not related to the category topic, and those who violate this rule may receive light penalties.

8. What payment methods are available? 
     A: Vallyt provides a payment method for the automatic payment method of the plans. These are Credit or Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. For the single payment method, in addition to the Card, there are also the Paypal and Pix options for you to choose from.
